NANTONG CAYON PETROLEUM EQUIPMENT CO.,LTD was established in 2020, formerly known as Suzhou Taijincheng Machinery Co., Ltd. The company is located in Qutang Town, Hai'an City, Nantong, known as "Golden Jiangyan, Silver Qutang." It is mainly engaged in the production and manufacturing of 6A valves and accessories, special valves and accessories for oil and gas drilling, and petrochemical valve accessories.
The company mainly provides various special valves for oil and gas drilling wellheads in domestic and international oil, natural gas, and other fields. The nominal diameter ranges from 1 inch to 7 inches, and the pressure rating ranges from 35MPa to 105MPa. Meanwhile, the company owns multiple CNC lathes, general lathes, surface grinders, cylindrical grinders, milling machines, drilling machines, machining centers, and other mechanical processing equipment of different specifications and models to meet the machining needs of different customers and parts. Additionally, to extend the service life of valve accessories, the company has introduced internationally advanced JP8000 supersonic spraying equipment from abroad, spraying coatings such as tungsten carbide and nickel-based alloys, enabling each part to achieve wear resistance, corrosion resistance, erosion resistance, and high-temperature resistance, allowing every component to operate for a long time in different fields.
