Bottom casing head cross
• Casing Head
The casing head and casing cross adopt a standard design, suitable for various specifications of slip-type and mandrel-type casing hangers.
• Straight Bore Design
Designed with a 45° shoulder to support the weight of the casing string transmitted by the casing hanger. This design has a high load capacity, can prevent damage to the sealing surface by drilling tools, and prevents wedging of wear-resistant sleeves and pressure test plugs.
• Side Outlet Connection Method
Pipeline thread side outlet, wireline flange side outlet, designed with VR plug thread.
• Secondary Seal
The bottom is designed with various secondary seal structures for customer selection; on-site installation can be performed according to different
structural forms with or without injection molding to achieve sealing effect.
• Interchangeability of Casing Hangers
The casing hanger has a standard external design; slip-type hangers and mandrel-type hangers are interchangeable.
• Connection Method Between Casing Head and Surface Casing
Threaded bottom connection casing head:
Various specifications of casing threads can be machined and connected to the surface casing through a double male short joint,
facilitating quick installation.
Welded bottom connection casing head: The casing head is welded to the surface casing on site, suitable for various specifications of casing.
Slip-type bottom connection casing head: Uses tightening locking screws to clamp the slip tightly to the surface casing, and is designed with a BT-type casing seal ring,
ensuring firm connection, convenience, speed, and reliable sealing.
