• Full bore design eliminates pressure drop and eddy currents, reducing erosion of the valve by solid particles in the fluid.

• Sealing form significantly reduces the switching torque.

• Metal sealing is used between the valve cover and valve body, and between the valve disc and valve seat ring.

• Metal sealing is used between the valve disc and valve seat ring, with surface spray (overlay) welding of hard alloy, providing good wear resistance and corrosion resistance.

• The valve seat ring is fixed by a fixed plate to maintain good stability.

• The valve stem is equipped with a back sealing structure, facilitating the replacement of the valve stem sealing ring under pressure.

• A grease injection valve is set on one side of the valve cover to replenish grease, improving the sealing and lubrication performance of the valve disc and valve seat.

• Various specifications of pneumatic (hydraulic) actuators can be equipped according to user requirements.
